    Shipping & Returns

    Shipping:

    All of the orders are served within 5 days and they are shipped by USPS in 2 days with the shipping method you have chosen.
    When finalizing the order, the webshop system calculates automatically the shipping cost, based on the USPS price list. 

    If there is a problem with your order (size, colour etc.) please, contact us:

    Please note that...

    ... we cannot accept the harness if your dog makes damages on it by biting or it is used!

    ... we exchange clean products only a product without hairs on it!

    Please do not send back a stained and dirty product!

    If you receive a package, in which the products are not the ones which were ordered or there are missing or damaged items, we would like to ask you to follow the procedure below:

    1.     Contact us via e-mail about the exact nature of concern.

    2.     Please return us the incorrect product(s) via post.
    3.     Please wait until we have confirmed the receipt of the returned good(s).
    4.     If the problem is caused by us, we will refund you the item’s cost and the shipping cost through PayPal.
    5.     After the confirmation, we will ship you the correct products immediately, without any additional costs or fees.

    If you realise, after receiving the package, that the size you ordered is too small/big, or you just do not like to colour or changed your mind, we would like to ask you to contact us and follow the procedure below:

    1.     Contact us via e-mail about the exact nature of concern.

    2.     Please return us the product(s) via post paid by you.
    3.     Please send us a picture of the delivery note.
    4.     Please wait until we have confirmed the receipt of the returned good(s) and we will send you the correct item(s)          immediately, paid by us.
    5.     As soon as the item has arrived, we will transfer you the amount of it back, immediately.

    We are able to refund or exchange the items for a week, counting from the date of arrival. Over a week, we can not accept any request for refund or exchange.
    We would like to ask you for your kind understanding about it.

    In case you would like to exchang the item in a week, please note the following information:
    - we need everything that were sent in the package: labels, rings, sticker etc.

    In case it was our fault, we are going to ship you the new item paid by us but if it was your fault (you mismeasured your dog, do not like the color, you gave us wrong address etc.) we have to credit you the restocking fee, which is $5 and $6 for the reshipping.
